This is a 1-hour class led by a coach that includes a dynamic warm up, detailed exercise instruction, and programming that's guaranteed to get you results! This class incorporates the main 3 lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift along with other auxiliary lifts. Every exercise can be modified to fit YOUR fitness level and ability. Typically we follow a rotation of training lower body on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with upper body training on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays... but sometimes we mix things up a little to keep it fresh! If you have wanted to start strength training but don't know where to start or are afraid of injury- this is the perfect class for you!
This is a 1-hour class led by a coach that includes a dynamic warm up, detailed exercise instruction, and programming that's guaranteed to get your heart rate up and burn some calories! This class is a great mix of everything: cardiovascular training, strength training, mobility training, core training, and more. Exercises use bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, slam balls, and more. Workout formats vary to keep things interesting- some are AMRAPs (as many reps as possible), EMOMs (every minute on the minute), circuits, partner workouts, or anything in between! Typically we follow a rotation of training lower body on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with upper body training on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays... but sometimes we mix this up, too! If you're looking for a class that helps with a little bit of everything- this is the perfect class for you!
Youth S&C Ages 8-13
This is a 1-hour class for youth ages 8 to 13 that is led by a certified coach and includes a dynamic warm up, detailed exercise instruction, form correction, and programming that is guaranteed to help youth athletes get bigger, faster, and stronger. The typical flow for these classes is about 5 minutes of warm-ups, 10- 15 minutes of agility drills (ladders, hurdles, etc.), 10- 15 minutes of speed/change of direction drills, 10- 15 minutes plyometrics drills (broad jumps, box jumps, etc.), 10- 15 minutes of age-appropriate strength training, and a fun class finisher at the end.

Cardio Rythms
This is a 45-minute dance class led by a certified coach that includes a warm-up song and a cool-down song and a lot of fun in between! Moves are designed to be low-impact, easy to learn, and full of variety: calisthenics, kickboxing, line dancing, clapping, punching, stepping, and even a little cardio drumming! Playlists are fun, clean, positive, and uplifting and feature a variety of pop and Christian hits. All ages are welcome.
